What this site is
This is the official website of the recording artist Crash Out Mommy. It exists to let people hear the music, to link the accounts it can be heard on in full, and to take enquiries.
Listening is not a licence
This is the important part, so it is near the top.
The catalogue can be played here for free. Playing a track, capturing a preview, or screen-recording the player does not give you any right to use it — not on a release, not on a monetised video, not on a livestream, not in an advert, and not as a sample. Nothing on this page is a distribution or synchronisation licence.
Rights are granted only in a written agreement covering that specific song and that specific use. If you want to use something, use the form on the home page. It costs nothing to ask, and asking first is dramatically cheaper than being asked to take something down.
Content and ownership
The recordings, compositions and artwork published here belong to Crash Out Mommy and the relevant rights holders. Where a track credits other people, it belongs to them too, and their permission matters just as much.
The audio on this page is played from Apple's own 30-second preview files, and the release artwork is served by Apple. Both remain the property of their owners and appear here to identify the work, not as a transfer of anything. Full songs are on the services linked from the home page.
Enquiries
The enquiry form sends what you type to a private inbox. Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement, reserve anything, or oblige anyone to reply or to take the work. Anything discussed by message is not final until it is in a written agreement.
Do not send confidential material, unreleased audio you cannot afford to share, or anything you would not want stored in an inbox. There is a limit on how many messages one address can send in an hour; that is deliberate.
Accounts
The console at /admin is invite-only and for the artist and their team.
Do not attempt to access it. Sign-in runs on shared infrastructure used by other
W.A.G.E. Society sites, which means having an account elsewhere gives you no access
here.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. Audio is served through third-party players and services that can and will go down. Nothing here is a guarantee of availability, and the catalogue can change at any time without notice.
Contact
Use the enquiry form on the home page. For anything about these terms, or to ask for something to be removed, use the same form and say so plainly.
